It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You may not allow anyone else to use your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact be99 support immediately.

• be99 is not responsible for misuse of your account.
• Transferring or selling accounts is strictly prohibited.
• be99 reserves the right to temporarily suspend accounts in the event of suspicious activity.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods may be used to deposit funds on the be99 platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for each method).
• The deposit amount must be entered correctly; be99 is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited — only the registered user's own account may be used.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal processing typically takes 10 to 45 minutes.
• Withdrawals may be held if account verification has not been completed.
• It is recommended to withdraw using the same method used for the deposit.
• Winnings from bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the bonus wagering requirements have been met.

4.3 Anti-Fraud Policy

In the event of any suspicious financial activity, be99 reserves the right to place transactions on hold and conduct an investigation. If fraudulent activity is proven, the account will be cancelled and funds will be forfeited.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus, up to ৳5,000, is offered on the first deposit at be99. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,500. Or, on a deposit of ৳8,000, a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 applies for a total balance of ৳13,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 15x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• The bonus applies once only — the welcome bonus will not be awarded more than once to a single account.
• The bonus cannot be combined with any other offer unless be99 explicitly permits it.
• be99 reserves the right to modify or withdraw bonus offers at any time.
• If a bonus is found to have been used for fraudulent purposes, it will be cancelled.

be99's VIP program has four tiers, where regular players enjoy weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze Tier — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier — up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum Tier — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Tier progression depends on the user's gaming activity. be99 reserves the right to modify VIP benefits, though existing VIP members will be notified in advance.

13.3 Account Closure by User

Any user may request to close their account at any time. Contacting the support team will initiate the account closure process. Valid balances may be withdrawn before the account is closed, however any bonuses with unmet wagering requirements will be cancelled.
